Invitation for Sponsorship

The Committee is a non-profit corporation whose Board of Directors is made up of volunteer people with developmental disabilities, parents, care-providers and professionals. We act as an advisory group to the California State Developmental Services; present an annual symposium, and publish a yearly newsletter. Our membership is available to anyone.

Your organization is hereby invited to participate as a co-sponsor of the 2001 Symposium in one or more of the following ways.

Lend your organization's name as a co-sponsor for publicity and program materials.
Send you organization's representatives to work with the regional planning committee
Provide in-kind support (e.g. clerical services, bulk mailing assistance, etc.)
Sponsor consumer participation at the symposium
Sponsor entertainment packages (dinner and show) for consumers
Provide consumer transportation to and from the symposium
Make a cash contribution
Display program and educational materials in the resource room at the symposium
Volunteer to assist at the symposium (work in the resource room, registration and host desks, etc)
